Following a very positive experience two years ago at Toronto Kia, we recently traded in our 2013 Kia Soul for a similar 2015 model. Once again, all aspects of the process, from initial inquiry to pick up of the car, were exemplary. Our salesperson, Motoki, was low-key, but listened to our needs, and was knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. At no time did I feel any pressure. And the rest of the staff–Dennis, the sales manager, and Arif, the finance person, were consistently well prepared and professional. This time I went a bit wild and chose a “solar yellow” colour. My 6-year old grandson, whose favourite colour is yellow, is thrilled! My experience with the service department at Toronto Kia over the past two years has also been great. Definitely worth the drive to the Danforth.

We just leased a 2015 Kia Soul at Toronto Kia. i just wanted to say that there Customer service is awesome and our Sales Person Motoki was absolutely great. I can just recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a new vehicle

I must admit: when we were shopping for a new car, the Kia Forte was #3 on our list. We decided to go to the Kia showroom to check out the car in person, and we were immediately greeted by Motoki. From the beginning, Moto was incredibly helpful and very informative. He left a lasting impression on us, and set the bar for the rest of the showroom visits we had planned. The other salespeople we spoke to at the other showrooms fell short in terms of service and overall likeable-ness, and we quickly found ourselves back at the Kia showroom.
There were 3 things we were looking for in a car: safety, style and value. The Kia Forte hit all 3 notes – we love our car and loved our experience with Motoki. His friendly demeanor and ability to answer our questions and concerns was above and beyond what we expected.

This is not just a normal review…. We don’t normally write them but I just wanted to share how delighted I am with the service and friendliness at the downtown Toronto Kia team at Woodbine and Danforth. Moto sold me an excellent vehicle and provided 10 out of 10 service to me and my partner Isaac. Thank you Moto and Kia !!!! Well done !! Not only did we get an amazing deal but we recieved savings we didn’t know we could get…. We had a great experience with top of the line salespeople. We love the car !

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED DEALERSHIP! that’s right all caps! that is how I was amazed with the quality of service and professionalism by this place. I was dealing with the sales person named MOTOKI MATSUMURA or you can call him MOTO for short. This was my first time buying a car in Canada. I first went to a different dealership and almost got screwed. it was a used car dealership, I was all set to buy that used car until i realized that paying $14,500 +7% interest would still end up paying 20 thousand dollars by the end of the term. Anyway.. I was checking around dealerships around toronto online on the same day i was about to sign the final sale for the used car i was about to buy. I found TORONTO KIA and decided to check out the place. My experience was just 5 star.
First I would like to point out the difference between the USED car dealership versus TORONTO KIA.
At the USED CAR DEALER, I was totally dominated by the salesperson just because i did not know much about cars. This was my first time buying a car and I had so many questions about the condition of the car, warranties, licensing and financing process. On all the questions i asked I was never given a straight answer. All i got was “trust me, i know what i am doing, I will take care of everything” I never got a straight answer. I was always redirected to a different answer and was constantly pressured by the USED CAR DEALERSHIP. So eventually i lost their trust and decided to check other places.
AT TORONTO KIA, I came in looking lost inside the dealership and confused if should go with the sale with the used card dealership or should i just buy a brand new car from TORONTO KIA. The salesperson from Toronto KIA who is MOTO simply asked me if was already being helped. I said not really. He then softly asked me what i was looking for and it all started from there. He was very transparent with everything about the cars, showed me around and spoke to me as if i was a friend,, I felt no pressure at all, no hard selling was involved.. He was very laid back but at the same time very very accommodating and patient even if i had a million questions as I am the type of person who would always ask and make sure + from the experience i had from the other dealership, I already had trust issues with dealerships. Anyway, I ended up buying a car from this place with the help of MOTOKI MATSUMURA!, if you ever want a laid back guy who doesnt pressure sell and is willing to help u out and answer a million questions, THIS IS YOUR GUY! I left the dealership happy with no regrets and guess what i got 84 months financing with 0% interest!.
I hope this helps to newbies out there who are looking to buy a new car and do not want to get fooled by other dealerships. I strongly recommend that you go to TORONTO KIA and no offense to other salesperson over there but I also recommend that you specifically look for MOTO! he is surely a very nice guy and is a perfect balance of being a good salesman without pressuring you.

I bought my first car – Rio, from Toronto Kia, and I must say my experience was nothing less than fabulous. Toronto Kia understood my needs, listened patiently to all the questions I had (and you can imagine the numbers questions I had, given this was my first car), and most importantly viewed me as their partners rather than mere customers. I was served by a gentleman by the name of Motoki Matsumura, and he was simply great! I am on Kia’s leasing program, and the dealership did all the paperwork (including licensing/ registration/ plates) for me. Car delivery was done in 2 days, and all was good. – Legendary client experience!!
